Ms. Gustin brings her experience and expertise to the Best Western Aku Tiki Inn. Her background includes a variety of roles at the Halifax Plantation Golf Club, the Daytona Beach Hilton, the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center and the Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach, Florida. During her 8-year tenure at the Plaza Resort and Spa, her developmental growth and past experience prospered into multiple leadership roles including Lead Banquet Supervisor, Convention Services Manager, and Group Sales Manager, specifically focusing on the social, military, educational, religious and fraternal market segments (SMERF market segments). During this role, her responsibilities grew as she began traveling nationally to represent the Plaza Resort and Spa as well as the city of Daytona Beach, Florida. Throughout her 15-year career, she has accumulated global relationships within a variety of organizations which has now led her to join the Best Western Aku Tiki Inn as the new Director of Sales.
