Jeffrey Gault steps down for re-election on Apollo $ARI Board

On February 12, 2019, Jeffrey M. Gault, non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Board that he will not be standing for re-election to the Board at the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Gault’s decision to not stand for re-election to the Board was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
