– Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved the issuance of a final consent order and letters to the commenters of record in the matter concerning Negotiated Data Solutions, LLC. The vote approving issuance of the final order was 3-1, with Chairman William E. Kovacic voting no. (FTC File No. 051-0094; the staff contact is Kent E.
