The Acting Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, Maureen K. Ohlhausen will participate in the 17th annual International Competition Network (ICN) conference in New Delhi, India, March 21-23, 2018, along with Assistant Attorney General Makan Delrahim of the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division. At the conference, antitrust officials and private sector antitrust experts from around the world and representatives of intergovernmental organizations will discuss key competition issues and recent ICN work.
The ICN includes 138 competition agencies from 125 jurisdictions. It provides a forum for antitrust agencies to address enforcement and policy issues of common interest and to propose ways that member agencies could more closely align their policies and procedures.
