(the “Company”), Bayonne, NJ (NASDAQ: BCBP), the holding company for BCB Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable November 22, 2019, to common shareholders of record on November 8, 2019.
“Our solid financial performance provides us with the opportunity to pay a cash dividend to our common stock shareholders, while still maintaining a strong capital position to support growth,” said Thomas Coughlin, President and Chief Executive Officer. At the stock price of $12.78 per share at the close of the market on October 8, 2019, the current dividend equates to a yield of 4.38% on an annualized basis.
