Blockchain Foundry Issues Employee Compensation Shares

TORONTO, Sept. 30, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Blockchain Foundry Inc. (“BCF” or the “Company”) (CSE:BCFN)(FWB:8BF)(OTC:BLFDF), a leading North American blockchain development firm, announced today that it has issued 2,562,594 common shares at a price of $0.05 to certain employees in lieu of salary. These shares have been accrued for starting in October 2018 and today’s issuance brings the Company current with this obligation.
