MONTREAL, Oct. 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bombardier is pleased to announce the appointment of Christophe Degoumois as Vice President of Sales, International, for Bombardier Business Aircraft, overseeing business jet sales in all regions outside the Americas.
“I am thrilled to appoint Christophe to this role,” said Peter Likoray, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “Christophe will drive business jet sales in key international regions as our portfolio of aircraft, featuring Bombardier’s signature smooth ride technology, expands to meet the needs of operators around the world.”
Mr. Degoumois joined Bombardier in 2004 as a Sales Director, occupying roles of increasing responsibility over the last 15 years, including Vice President of Sales in China and the Asia-Pacific. In his most recent mandate, he was Vice President of Sales for Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). His expanded role will include the above regions as well as China, the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Bombardier’s expanded business jet portfolio appeals to a great number of operators around the world, with a renowned smooth ride that makes all the difference on flights short or long. The large-cabin Global family of aircraft features high-performing, long-range jets with unequalled cabin experience, including the Global 7500 aircraft, the industry flagship. Bombardier’s super-midsize Challenger aircraft continue to outsell competitors due to a winning combination of performance, comfort and value, while Bombardier’s rejuvenated Learjet platform makes the world’s best light jet more accessible than ever.
