I henhold til § 29 i lov om værdipapirhandel har Copenhagen Capital A/S modtaget meddelelse om, at Atlas Equity ApS med nærtstående via selskabets udstedes af nye præferenceaktier har ændret den samlede ejerandel i Copenhagen Capital A/S.
Atlas Equity ApS med nærtstående ejer herefter mindre end 10,00 % af den nominelle aktiekapital i selskabet. Atlas Equity ApS ejer fortsat over 10,00 % af den stemmeberettigede kapital i selskabet.
