Polarcus Limited (“Polarcus” or the “Company”) (OSE: PLCS) refers to its announcement dated 10 June 2019 describing an extension of the bareboat charter for “Vyacheslav Tikhonov”, originally named “Polarcus Selma” including a redelivery option exercisable with effect from completion of the ‘charter-back’ for the wide-azimuth project (announced on 3 June 2019).
SCF has exercised this option and the Company currently expects the vessel to be redelivered in November 2019 following completion of the wide-azimuth project in the Americas.
The Company is discussing a number of potential projects with customers and will explore opportunities for the vessel after redelivery.
