(Nasdaq GSM: RVSB) (“Riverview” or the “Company”) today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to $0.045 per share. The dividend will be payable October 25, 2019, to shareholders of record on October 14, 2019. Based on the current share price, the annualized dividend yield is 2.50%.
