Annnd… Action! Photo Booth supports Samuel Dixon Family Health Care Centers by providing free photo booth photos at the 17th Annual Dixon Duck Dash (aka Rubber Ducky Festival) this October 12 in Valencia, CA.
The annual event will take place on October 12, 2019, from 11am to 2pm, and is a fundraiser for the Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers, Inc. This year’s event, now renamed as the Dixon Duck Dash, will have plenty of ruffling feathers, fun, and food for families and visitors of all ages.
Annnd… Action! Photo Booth invites all attendees to join them for a free photo session inside the booth. Guests will take their turn to pose for funny photos with props and accessories or with Dorothy the Duck, herself. Attendees will get a free souvenir printout of their photo session and have access to the photos and animated GIFs on the Annnd… Action! Photo Booth online photo gallery following the event.
“We look forward to this event every year,” says Annnd… Action! Photo Booth owner Victoria Genin. “It’s a lot of fun meeting families and making new friends in the community. But most importantly though, as a person who once relied on low cost services for my various health care needs, this is a small way I can give back and support Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers, so others are able to access affordable healthcare when they are in need.”
Duck Dash racing starts around 11:45am with competingducks swooshing along a fast-paced man-made waterwayprovided by Glendale Kiwanis. Watch the feathers fly! Otherfun family activities include food trucks, booths from local businesses, performers throughout the day, face painting, balloon artists, martial arts and traditional Latin dancing demonstrations, and so much more.
The Dixon Duck Dash is free to all attendees. Those who “Adopt a Duck” on race day or before at www.duckrace.com/scv, will score a chance to win one of several cash prizes, including the grand prize of $2,000 for the fastest duck down the waterway. All proceeds from the race event go toward patient care at SDFHC.
