Asia Alpha Identifies an IPO

Hong Kong, Hong Kong S.A.R., October 02, 2019 –(PR.com)– Asia Alpha Capital Management have announced this week that they have identified an impressive IPO in the energy sector.

An initial public offering (IPO) refers to the process of offering shares of a private corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. Public share issuance allows a company to raise capital from public investors. They will also choose an exchange in which the shares will be issued and subsequently traded publicly.

The bosses at Asia Alpha Capital Management have been working tirelessly to blue sky the company and are ready to start the process of raising funds for the IPO to get it floating onto the stock exchange.

Mr. Zhao, Founder at Asia Alpha, remained a little tight lipped on this one, but did release this statement: “Asia Alpha and its analysts are always on the hunt for the next big investment/company to offer to clients. We have built up a reputation of steady above average returns for everyone trading with us and this will be no different, although early stage we just have a couple of T’s to cross and I’s to dot but we are very excited by this one.”

Asia Alpha will release more info over the coming month in regards to the IPO.
