White-collar criminal lawyer, Paul M. Shipp, joins Buckley King’s Cleveland office.
Paul represents clients in investigations involving the Federal Postal Inspector, Attorney General, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Inspector General (IG), Health and Human Services (HHS), and the State Auditor’s Office.
Paul served as a former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, which gives him a unique perspective in advising on, strategizing, and litigating white-collar matters. “We are thrilled to welcome Paul to the Firm,” states Brent M.
