17 Years of Providing All-Natural Food, Home, & Body Care Products to the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
Since 2002, Sunny Bridge Natural Foods & Café has been a go-to community establishment for local, natural and organic foods as well as dietary supplements. In addition to their bulk food, produce and grocery departments, they carry a large selection of healthy, environmentally-friendly beauty and personal care products and household cleaning supplies. Many vendors are local businesses and farms with Sunny Bridge Natural Foods acting as a central point of distribution to access local food and support local businesses.
Their Cafe includes a selection of pre-packaged ready to eat foods, made-to-order sandwiches, smoothies, soups, salads and a kids’ menu. Besides being gluten and peanut-free, there are several options for customers with special dietary needs, such as dairy free, vegan and Keto. Organic ingredients are used when cooking with items from the “Dirty Dozen,” which are 12 fruits and vegetables that have been identified by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) as most likely to be contaminated by pesticide residue. These include apples, peaches, celery, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, cucumbers, spinach, grapes, strawberries, nectarines and sweet bell peppers.
