International Awards Program Recognizes Outstanding Information Security Products and Companies.
In June 2019, Keyfactor announced an integration with Thales that combines Keyfactor’s code signing product with the high-assurance key protection of Thales’ SafeNet Cloud HSM On-Demand. The result of the partnership, Keyfactor Code Assure, delivers secure code signing to software vendors, mobile app developers, enterprise IT organizations and manufacturers of IoT devices.
“A rise in code signing cyber-attacks, like the recent ASUS breach, underscore the need for security and encryption at design across hardware and software development,” said Ted Shorter, chief technology officer and co-founder at Keyfactor. “Together, Keyfactor Code Assure and the broader Keyfactor platform makes protection against evolving cyber-attacks possible for DevOps and software teams at product development.”
Keyfactor’s turnkey, cloud-based Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) platform provides its users with visibility and the ability to manage all digital identities, across people, devices and software.
“Historically, enterprises built and integrated disparate systems to realize the value of digital transformation,” said Jordan Rackie, CEO at Keyfactor. “The Keyfactor platform seamlessly connects digital identities, providing businesses with the agility and security they need to scale. We’re proud to receive this award in recognition of our team’s hard work and continued innovation.”
The mission of the CyberSecurity Breakthrough Awards is to honor excellence and recognize the innovation, hard work and success in a range of information security categories, including Cloud Security, Threat Detection, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, Mobile Security, Email Security and many more. This year’s program attracted more than 3,500 nominations from over 15 different countries throughout the world.
“Securing digital identity across people, applications and devices is the key factor in creating high trust and secure environments,” said James Johnson, managing director, CyberSecurity Breakthrough. “Keyfactor ‘breaks through’ the crowded cybersecurity market with its powerful platform that enables digital transformation and secure cloud migration with a complete suite and scalable on-premises and cloud-based digital identity management solutions. We extend a hearty congratulations to Keyfactor on their well-deserved 2019 CyberSecurity Breakthrough Award.”
