Manoj Balwani Joins BDA as Director & Head of Technology, India

New York, NY, October 07, 2019 –(PR.com)– Manoj Balwani joins BDA Partners as Director & Head of Technology, India. He will help strengthen BDA’s expertise in Technology sector M&A in India, across Asia, and in conjunction with BDA’s strategic partner William Blair.

Manoj Balwani has 11 years of investment banking experience in the Technology sector. He was most recently Associate Director at Edelweiss Financial Services in Mumbai, where he advised on transactions in the Technology, Media, Telecom and Education sectors. He began his investment banking career at Avendus Capital, followed by Technology Investment Banking at Ernst & Young India. He holds a dual degree (BTech and MTech) from IIT Madras.

His clients include Altran, FINO, IndiaMart, Jupiter Capital, Majesco, Macmillan Group, Mastek, Moody’s/ICRA, Motif, Nazara, Tejas Networks, TIME Education, TTEC, ISON Group, What’s on India and Zensar Technologies. These relationships will complement and expand BDA’s activities in India, where TMT M&A and Private Equity activity remain robust.
