Nicholas Yeo, Founder & Actuary of Nicholas Actuarial Solutions, delivered an inspiring talk about the future of the insurance landscape in the seminar Digital & Risk Management in Insurance (DRIM AAJI 2019): “Capturing Potentials among Digital Millennials.”

During his talk, Nicholas explained the transformation that the insurance industry is currently going through, with Nicholas Actuarial Solutions at the forefront of the automation of complex and technical processes in the industry, delivering significant process improvements and cost savings to insurance companies. Nicholas projected that the automating all the complex and technical processes in an insurance company would lead to a potential of 2.5% of reduction in premiums passed on to consumers, thus making insurance more affordable.
DRiM 2019 is the flagship conference of AAJI, held at Bali on September 25th – 27th, 2019 at The Westin Hotel, Nusa Dua. It was attended by approximately 500 participants and a host of high profile speakers, including guest of honour Ahmad Nasrullah, Kepala Departemen Pengawasan Industri Keuangan Non-Bank Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (IKNB 2A OJK).
