Speedy Crate Announces Revolutionary Fast-Assembled, Light-Weight, Easy to Build Shipping Crates

Speedy Crate, a new emerging company in Silicon Valley, CA, a manufacturer of custom crates and pallets, now offering innovative shipping solutions. The company provides cost effective, light-weight and fast assembled crates for any company and industry.

Sunnyvale, CA, October 11, 2019 –(PR.com)– Speedy Crate, a manufacturer of shipping crates is offering a new revolutionized solution for freight and shipping products all around the U.S. The company manufactures different sizes of crates and pallets as well as customized ones. They are all fast-assembled, light-weight and easy to build in less than 5 minutes.

The basic kits and the most cost effective solutions are the Economy and Economy Plus, both made of OSB (Oriented Strand Board). The upgraded crates are the Premium and Premium Plus, both made of plywood. Some versions require only putting the panels and base together with basic tooling and screws. Other versions are reusable and foldable crates that do not require any tooling, whereas the panels are held together with straps, not screws. Speedy Crate also offers many types of custom crates, ones that include wheels, cushions, inserts, dividers, hinges, locks and any accessory one needs. The crates can be supplied at any dimensions needed, with a company logo imprinted on it and at any preferred color.

All crates are made of OSB, plywood, PVC extrusions, and some screws, thus making them light-weight and easy to transport, to handle and to store. The materials are all proprietary recyclable thus green to the environment. The assembly time is anything between three to five minutes and is a one person operation.

“Our crates and pallets are all a revolutionary solution,” say Speedy Crate founders. “Assembly time is very fast and only requires one person, thus it saves any company a lot of cost and men power.” They continued to say that when establishing the company they had a vision in mind of optimizing, simplifying and improving on the shipping process as much as possible making it efficient and user friendly. The crates can also be built with dividers, creating separate compartments in one crate. Different products can be placed in each compartment, thus protecting the products while being shipped and transported.

Sigal Barnea, Speedy Crate Marketing Director says that these crates are an asset for any company, especially those using freight on a mass basis. With regular crate building nowadays it takes nearly half a day to build only one crate, the plywood is expensive and heavy and usually requires the work of a highly qualified carpenter to build. Speedy Crate solution, on the other hand, shortens the process of building a crate from half a day to several minutes using light materials and plastic extrusions that can be easily built, with no special training. The economy and premium crates require the use of an electric drill and the economy plus and Premium Plus crates require no tools at all.

Speedy Crate new website focuses on the company’s mission to present its customers and visitors with cost effective and fast solution. The shopping cart is user-friendly, it provides options for placing different dimensions and quantities, and a visitor can purchase crates with one easy click. The company is constantly working on improving, renovating and modernizing its products and will add more kits solutions in the near future according to the market and its customers’ needs.
