In partnership with Alive & Well Communities they are “Making Mental Well-Being A Safe Conversation” by raising awareness on negative impacts of trauma and stress on health and well-being, while creating an interactive, immersive learning experience.
Who Should Attend:
Everyone in the community 16 or older from super s/heroes doing it all, strong men or women carrying trauma, to everyone feeling drained by daily stressors of work, finances, personal life and negative community events. It’s for you if you’ve already reached out for help or if you are one of the silent sufferers afraid of being judged as weak. You’ve been rescuing everyone else. It’s time to create your own rescue plan. Come open to receive information to intentionally decide what you need to help you feel less overwhelmed and more passionate, motivated and alive. Relax, reset and revive with tools and techniques to lead your well-being. Leave with a new story to reform your response to life, home, work, school and the greater community.
